Rita C. Ladejobi is a Christian author, Pastor, Co-founder and the Program Director of the House of Help VZW.

As one of the co-founders alongside her husband Pastor Dr. Elijah Adeyinka Ladejobi and Reinald Fransen, she helps to steer the organization’s vision, governance, and the community outreach initiatives. In her role as the Program Director, she oversees the development and implementation of the organization’s programs, ensuring they align with its mission to support communities and foster spiritual growth.

As a Christian Author, she has numerous published works such as “From Glory to Glory”: Devotional Manual & 1 Year Bible Reading Plan, which reflects her commitment to spiritual formation, resilience in faith, and equipping believers for daily living, to “Just one from God”, among many others.

She is also founder of the “Women Empowerment Program”- The Wise Woman, a YouTube series that encourages women to discover and maximize their potential. Her work emphasizes the integration of faith into everyday life, encouraging individuals to find strength and guidance in their relationship with God. Her ministry is characterized by a relational approach to faith—one that emphasizes love, forgiveness, and endurance through trust in Christ.

By combining her roles as an author, speaker, and organizational leader, Rita continues to inspire and equip individuals and communities to live out their faith with purpose and conviction. She is blessed with five children.
